Semaglutide with B12 is a compounded medication used as part of some clinician-guided weight management plans. How do I set up an appointment for a consultation?
You can request an online appointment  or contact Get Well Concierge directly. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive intake forms, including a health questionnaire and consent forms. These forms must be completed and submitted before your appointment so your clinician can review your information in advance. Signing consent forms does not commit you to treatment; it only confirms that you have reviewed the provided information.
What is the total cost of the program?
The initial consultation is $100. If your clinician prescribes compounded semaglutide with B12, the medication is dispensed by a licensed partnering compounding pharmacy. The estimated cost for the medication, supplies for home injections, and shipping is typically $190–270 per vial, though pricing may change based on pharmacy costs and availability.
What is the difference between the virtual and in-office programs?
The at-home program is undertaken with a video consult, and medications/supplies are shipped to you directly. The at-home program will cost a little more, and you must give your injection after watching a video or consulting with a staff member. You will also be responsible for any missed doses or wasted medication. The in-office program is a little more affordable. The in-office program is the easiest, and we are responsible for ensuring you have the correct dose for the week. Either program is effectively designed to fit your life and schedule.
Will insurance cover my medication?
Get Well Concierge does not bill commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid for this program. Services and medications offered through this program are self-pay.
Are labs required?
Labs may be recommended in some cases based on your medical history, symptoms, or treatment plan, but they are not required for every patient. Your clinician will determine whether labs are appropriate for your care.
How often do I follow up?
The first follow-up visit is usually scheduled about 3–4 weeks after starting treatment, with additional follow-up around 10–12 weeks or as clinically indicated. Follow-up visits are typically completed through telehealth.
How do I administer Semaglutide with B12?

If prescribed, semaglutide with B12 is a once-weekly injection. Medication should be stored as directed, including refrigeration when required. Patients in the at-home program receive a vial and injection supplies along with instructions for use. Dosing is individualized and may be adjusted by your clinician based on response, tolerability, and treatment goals.

Is there a time limit to how long I can take Semaglutide with B12?

Treatment length depends on your progress, tolerability, and ongoing discussion with your clinician. Some patients continue treatment beyond the initial period if it remains clinically appropriate. As dosing changes over time, each vial may last for different lengths depending on the prescribed amount.

Is there a time limit to how long I can take Semaglutide?
There is no time limit to taking Semaglutide with B12, and you can continue the medication if you do not meet your weight loss goal in the first 12 weeks. However, the second vial will not last as long as the first due to the continued dose escalation.
Do I have to increase the dose to the maximum dose?

Can I increase the dose faster than the recommended dosing schedule?

What are the potential risks ?

Potential risks may include gallbladder issues such as gallstones, dehydration-related kidney injury if significant vomiting or diarrhea occurs, and allergic or hypersensitivity reactions. Thyroid C-cell tumors have been observed in rodent studies with GLP-1 medications, although this has not been established in humans in the same way. Your clinician will review your medical history and risk factors before prescribing treatment.

Can Semaglutide with B12 causelow blood sugar?
It may increase the risk of low blood sugar when used with insulin or certain diabetes medications such as sulfonylureas. If you take these medications, your clinician may recommend closer monitoring or medication adjustments.
How long does it take to get my medication?

Who should NOT take Semaglutide with B12?
